• Is Java installed? Java is required to complete your file transfer and is available here.
• If you're on a Mac be sure to connect with SAFARI.
• The next page pauses for a few seconds while the 'Applet Agreement' loads. (It must be accepted to continue)
• Do you know the location of your audio track? It might be easiest to locate your track first and then copy it to a root folder on your C: drive. (ie-- c:\upload\)
• If your track is on an Audio Cd, then it must first be ripped to your hard drive as a 16bit Wave file. Get free CD ripper.
